When the NYS Department of Health surveyors arrived unannounced for their annual inspection, no one was too surprised when Glen Cove Center for Nursing and Rehab achieved a perfect “no deficiency” survey. After all we had already aced our last two surveys, and as they say the third time’s a charm.

The surveyors spend about five days monitoring and intensely scrutinizing every aspect of daily living in the facility. and they found not even a slight blemish that could be cited as a deficiency.
